Founded in 2020 in Calicut, Kerala, LeCygne Ventures LLP was built around one conviction — that world-class medical technology should be accessible to every hospital and patient in India.

LeCygne Ventures LLP is a premium medical technology group headquartered in Kozhikode, Kerala. Since 2020, we have built an integrated platform spanning hospital distribution, retail and manufacturing.

Our group operates three distinct verticals: LeCygne Med (distribution), Cygnus Medlife (retail), and Luminor Health (manufacturing) — each category leader in its own right.

We are the exclusive distributor for Tyromotion GmbH (Austria) across South India — one of the world's leading rehabilitation robotics companies — and authorised distributor for Arthrex (Germany), Vermeiren (Belgium), Biorad, and several national brands across Kerala.

How We Grew

2020
LeCygne Ventures Founded
Established in Calicut, Kerala. Initial focus on orthopaedic implant distribution across the state — building relationships with leading hospitals and surgeons.
2021
Arthrex & Trauma Portfolio
Signed authorised distributor agreement with Arthrex Germany for Kerala. Expanded trauma portfolio with Matrix, Nebula and Zeus — covering arthroscopy, trauma fixation and CAPEX segments.
2022
Mobility & Vermeiren Onboarding
Became authorised distributor for Vermeiren (Belgium) across Kerala — bringing premium wheelchair and mobility solutions to the region. Launched wheelchair maintenance services.
2023
Tyromotion — South India Exclusivity
Signed exclusive distributor agreement for Tyromotion GmbH across South India — bringing world-class rehabilitation robotics (Amadeo, Pablo, Diego, Myro) to the region for the first time at scale.
2024
Cygnus Medlife — Calicut Store Opened
Launched Kerala's first premium concept store for mobility, orthotics and rehabilitation equipment in Calicut. Kochi expansion in planning. E-commerce roadmap initiated.
2026
Luminor Health — Manufacturing Launch
Launching Luminor Health for hospital-grade antiseptic and disinfectant manufacturing. Products: Lumidine (Povidone Iodine) and Sterilumin (Chlorhexidine) for the Indian healthcare market.
